The venue was neat & a nice size. Gorgeous decor, lovely beds, exquisite rooms. The bar area was lovely, I loved it. The service was fantastic in my opinion. Furthermore, parking outside was a bonus. Excellent value hotel, good value🙂😀

It was fairly clean, the staff was discreet, plus the service was helpful. Complementary juices, wines, beers and coffee in the outdoor bar, easy free parking place. Best possible location to unterlinden museum.
Tbh Wi-Fi was a bit slow, and the bed was noisy.

So clean, nice central hotel, I loved very neat rooms and very efficient staff. The staff did all they can for a good stay. Early check in and in general efficient service. Walking distance to stores and a drugstore across the street.

it offers reasonable prices. i liked that there was a bathtub. don't forget to dine at la maison rouge, it's within 5 minutes walk or so, i greatly enjoyed it.

Good breakfast each morning. The stuff was kindly from arrival to departure. The location was perfect, only 15 minutes on foot from Colmar train station. Colmar Centre Ville neighborhood deserves to be explored.
